SciGen Learning provides AI training programs, self-paced learning modules, workshops, and related educational services designed for life sciences professionals. Program content, schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our discretion.
Certain services may require registration or submission of information through our contact form. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All content on this website and within our training programs — including but not limited to the CRAFT™ methodology, VERIFY™ Checklist, Output Quality Scorecard™, CRAFT Lift™ Report, course materials, text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of SciGen Learning LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Payment terms are 50% upon contract signing and 50% due on program start date. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7–13 days before start receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available within 7 days of the program start date.
Self-paced module purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
You agree not to use our website or services to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, transmit harmful or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Our training programs are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific business outcomes or career advancement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SciGen Learning LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
